The Natural Wonders
Australia is home to some of the most amazing natural wonders in the world.
Queensland’s famous Great Barrier Reef, with gorgeous tropical islands, coral cays and picturesque golden beaches, and just a short trip inland will put you amidst the mystical and sacred Uluru and Kata Tjuta in Central Australia.
Australia is full of unique places to visit, many of which are World Heritage listed. Be sure to include a visit to the remote outback lands of Kakadu with its extraordinary landscape, aboriginal culture and pristine wildlife.
You could also visit the ancient Daintree Rainforest. You will be sure to have the experience of a lifetime.
The Aussie Lifestyle
The laid-back atmosphere and cultural diversity of Australians are some of our best features. We really are a friendly mob who love life and are welcoming to all who come to visit. Our lifestyle is relaxed, we love the outdoors, and we’re happy to join in if there’s some fun to be had.
Do you want to see the real Australia? Consider taking a road-trip between Melbourne and Sydney. You’ll enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery, swim in our beautiful beaches, see some Aussie critters in the wild and no doubt, encounter some genuine ‘true-blue’ Aussies along the way.
It’s an experience you won’t forget!
The Beautiful Beaches
We really do have some of the best beaches on the planet. With a coastline that stretches for almost 37,000 kilometres, with no less than 11,011 beaches, it’s no surprise that Aussies love their beaches!
Some of our most famed beaches are the stunning Cable Beach in Broome, the legendary Kirra Beach on the Gold Coast – where you might spot a couple of surfing legends – and Whitehaven Beach on Hamilton Island on the Great Barrier Reef.
If you’re visiting Sydney, be sure to include a visit to Bondi Beach in your itinerary!
The Amazing Adventures
Australia is a paradise for adventure seekers. You can choose to do the Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb or explore the Australian outback, you can go white-water rafting in Cairns, snorkel the Great Barrier Reef or go bare-boat sailing in the Whitsundays.
They are all so much fun. Take advantage of every opportunity to step out of your comfort zone!
Exciting City Life
Australia’s cosmopolitan cities deliver some extraordinary city adventures. Popular with foodies, shoppers, art lovers and sightseers, our cities are great places to visit.
From Melbourne’s European influence to the fun of Sydney’s Darling Harbour there are countless things you can see and do. Don’t limit yourself – see it all.
Other great Aussie cities to explore are Perth, Darwin, Adelaide, historical and picturesque Hobart, Canberra, Cairns, Gold Coast and Alice Springs.
Our Unique Wildlife
Australia has many amazing birds and animals, and there is a good chance that you’ll see many of them in the wild during your visit. Koalas, kangaroos and wallabies are our most famous, but did you know we have other unique animals too?
Dingoes, Numbats, Quolls, Wombats, Bilby’s and Tasmanian Devils are some of our least known native animals and found throughout Australia.
Many of our birds are rare too. We have over 800 species of birds in Australia, so be sure to visit our bird and wildlife sanctuaries if you want to see some unique Australian creatures.
